Fecal Coliform

Method:

Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater,20th Ed.

Sample Collection and Handling:

Collect a 100 ml sample aseptically in a sterile whirl-pak bag, leaving at least 2.5 cm of air space. Ice sample during transport to the laboratory. Holding time cannot exceed 24 hours.

Fecal Streptococci
